Relaxation massage (also known as Swedish Massage) is focused on helping reduce stress and tension, soothe sore muscles and relax mind and body. The strokes are long and flowing with a firm pressure that doesn’t cause pain or discomfort. The treatment is designed to relax and soothe, but not aimed at relieving or helping correct chronic pain or dysfunction.
